I'm digging out from under today--we had an eventful 24 hours with M and now things are settling back to normal, but I'm tired and just need to cool my jets today. He is fine, we are fine, but it has been pretty chaotic around here since yesterday afternoon. On the upside, H seems to be getting the hang of the potty (I never thought I'd say that!) and I'm starting to feel better about the whole process. I'm finishing the laundry and trying to figure out how much energy I have to tackle a project this afternoon, so a short post.

I have two baby cards to share today. I made them on Monday in a fit of needing to create something easy. I saved the ideas for these cards from Diana Gibbs' blog a long time ago, but just now got around to recreating them. I tweaked the
second one quite a bit, but it definitely owes inspiration to her original card. The first one is pretty much a straight copy of
her card, with a few minor changes here and there. I love the dp on these cards--it is the same piece, but one side is gingham and the other is floral. I'm sad that it is retiring. But there is much to look forward to in the new catalog, so I'll be alright. I'm really glad we get another year of Poppy Parade!
Hi Juliana,
ReplyDeleteDon't you just love that little baby outfit? Your cards turned out darling, and yes this DSP was too cute!
Have a great weekend!
Hugs,
